BOURNEMOUTH, UK – 21 SEPTEMBER 2023 – Amuzo Games, in collaboration with Asmodee Entertainment and the Zygomatic studio, today announce a partnership to turn international hit card game DOBBLE into an exciting mobile game for iOS and Android. 

DOBBLE is the smash-hit game of fast reactions and perception that anyone can learn in an instant! A speedy observation game where players race to match the unique identical symbol between cards. Reliant on a sharp eye and quick reflexes, DOBBLE creates excitement for children and adults alike while keeping every player involved in the action. 

“DOBBLE GO!” takes this timeless gameplay and brings it to life for gamers on the go. Free to download and play, with extended game time and features unlocked through purchasing tickets, “DOBBLE GO!” has the quick reaction symbol matching gameplay at its heart, enhancing the game with new digital game features.

The game includes:  

Single Player Story Mode – with artwork and story provided by Ablaze, publishers of the DOBBLE graphic novel, mascot character Dobbly guides players through a map where they must win one game of DOBBLE at a time. The number of symbols on a card and the difficulty increases as players progress towards end of zone Boss Battles. Beat the boss and the DOBBLE card deck changes from “Classic” to one of the many custom DOBBLE decks including “Animals”, “Waterproof” and “Anniversary”. Once the player has matched all 57 symbols in a DOBBLE deck, it is available for play in other game modes. 

Powerful Power Ups – “DOBBLE GO!” introduces exciting power-ups to the mix! Like a freeze that stops your opponent for vital thinking seconds, a hammer to knock out a wrong symbol or a magic wand to match the two symbols for you. These gameplay enhancing features take the DOBBLE game to new heights. 

Multiplayer Modes & Events – Designed to bring DOBBLE fans around the world together, “DOBBLE GO!” has extensive offline and online multiplayer modes. Play 1-on-1 with a friend on the go with half a screen each or invite your friends from around the world to join you in a multiplayer game for 2-4 players. Challenge them in Classic Mode with regular DOBBLE rules, or try the Chaos Mode where you can cast Chaos Magic to summon dark clouds, whirlpools and lightning! Regular game Events, seasonal updates and Daily Quests will keep players coming back for “just one more go!” 

Player Customisation – Players can make their Profile their own by customising avatars, frames, banners and chat styles. 

Created as a family friendly game for all ages, “DOBBLE GO!” protects its players by asking their age – children under 16 are not shown social sharing features, their data is anonymized, and in-app purchases are handled with parent consent in mind. There are no advertisements in the game regardless of age chosen. 

“DOBBLE GO!” has been designed to evolve through player feedback and enhanced through regular updates. Seasonal events, exclusive customisation items, and new DOBBLE decks will be added to the Shop. Licensed DOBBLE decks available in toy shops will be released in “DOBBLE GO!” as in-app purchases, allowing players to play “DOBBLE GO!” with their favourite characters.
