It was our pleasure to be able to return to UK Games Expo in person this year as the UK’s biggest tabletop gaming event threw open its doors once again – an experience made even more delightful by the success of two of our titles at the prestigious UK Games Expo Awards!

Each year, these awards hail the best and most exciting products on show at UKGE, with a panel of judges awarding prizes as well as a People’s Choice vote in each category.

We are thrilled to confirm that Legend of the Five Rings: Poison River, the novel by Josh Reynolds released by Aconyte Books, received the People’s Choice award for Best New Gaming Novelty. One of the first prose titles from Aconyte, this thrilling mystery story is one of many exciting new books set in the vivid and immersive worlds of iconic Asmodee games.

In the newly created category of Best Variant or Expansion, meanwhile, the People’s Choice award was bestowed upon Stuffed Fables: Oh, Brother! This satisfying expansion for the acclaimed game of cooperative storybook adventure, in which players take the roles of brave stuffed animals facing off against the monsters under the bed, introduces two new playable characters and a brand-new story set years after the events of the base game.
