What has changed
Following our use of the trading name ‘Asmodee UK’ over the past few years, we are pleased to announce that we have updated our registered company name from Esdevium Games Limited to Asmodee UK Limited with effect from 22 July 2026.
Whilst we value our 30 year legacy in the UK hobby market under the Esdevium Games name, this decision reflects our pride in belonging to the wider asmodee business and marks an important step in enhancing the UK footprint within the group.
What has not changed
There has been no change in ownership or management of the company. There has also been no change to our website address, email addresses, registered office address, company number or VAT number. Coiledspring will continue to operate as a distinct trading division of the company under its own website.
What we are doing
Our website and email signatures are being updated to reflect the new name, and we will be updating all standard documents and the name on our bank accounts with the new name in the coming days and weeks. Thanks for your support through this transition period.

Please update your records and pass this announcement to appropriate colleagues, particular your accounts team to avoid any order or payment issues.
