                                                                Statement to our customers on COVID-19

                                                                Dear customer,

                                                                The world health situation is serious. With the spread of coronavirus and the COVID-19 illness, we are all in uncharted territory on levels both personal and professional.

                                                                Our core objective is the health and safety of our employees and the continuation of service to our customers. To safeguard our continued ability to trade, we have implemented some additional measures.

                                                                Most of our sales and other office-based teams will be transitioning to working from home over the coming days. You will be able to communicate with your account handler via email and telephone as normal and orders placed will still be processed and shipped within the usual timeframe. We will keep you updated if events force us to change this.

                                                                Our warehouse remains operational at this time, however there may be some delays to deliveries dependent upon how our logistics partners are affected by developments. We are implementing several measures in the warehouse to minimise the possibility of transmission between staff.

                                                                Besides the above, we have also introduced a list of other measures to protect our employees. It is important to know that Asmodee UK will continue to operate while taking all necessary precautions.

                                                                We are aware of the pressure that you as retailers are currently under, and we now have processes in place to deal with temporary store closures, rerouting of deliveries to your home or another temporary address and any reduction to the range or quantity of your current open orders that you may want to make. Unfortunately we will not be able reserve stock or defer payments during this time.

                                                                However, in order to help you, it is important that you keep us informed of your situation. Please make sure that you contact us if you need to make any changes. If we do not hear from you we will continue to invoice and ship your orders as normal.

                                                                The most important message that we can give you is that we will be doing our utmost to help you continue trading through this unprecedented situation and into the future.

                                                                We will keep you updated on any major changes as they occur and, as soon as the situation subsides, we will return to normality.
