Delivering a first-class customer experience selling our fantastic products to the gaming industry. Effectively manage accounts, meet their needs, maximise the value of every call and hit your individual targets.
You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust. A proactive and flexible approach to work will be required, along with a passion to learn and deliver fantastic customer service. Preferably you will have proven experience working in a customer-service environment.
