We have a fantastic opportunity for an Ecommerce Marketing Executive to join our growing business in Alton, Hampshire. Supporting the Marketing Team, the individual will work in a fast paced, varied role, optimizing our digital profile.

This is a unique role for someone looking to grow their Marketing career, as this role will expand as we develop into other marketplaces and routes to market.  There is scope for the role to extend into a broader remit to cover other digital marketing facets.

What does this role involve?

  • Regularly review advertising spend including performance, ROMI and keywords
  • Work closely with Finance and Sales to measure the impact of marketing activities
  • Develop creative solutions (together with studios) for enhancements to product listings to maximise key products and deliver great immersive experiences
  • Monitor and analyse ASIN performance to identify issues or trends when KPIs have either declined or increased and take corrective action
  • Manage the Asmodee Amazon brand store, monitoring traffic and engagement trends and applying changes to improve KPIs
  • Deliver and execute an Amazon marketing plan for full financial year
  • Support Ecommerce projects within the B2B space, exploring new opportunities to get product to market
  • Manage campaign expenses to stay on budget, estimate monthly costs
  • Recommend budget changes to maximise / optimise sell through
  • Engage with other teams to share updates and reports
  • Any other reasonable requests as asked by the line manager or Head of Marketing

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a digitally minded, curious individual with proven experience working within a data focused marketing position. You will have strong experience of managing online advertising accounts and be able to discuss online marketing opportunities in detail at interview.  A degree in a marketing-based subject would be desirable. This role will be initially focused on leading the UK Amazon marketing account; specifically related to Amazon ads and the brand store.  The role has accountability for all Amazon marketing activity and in particular for structuring the account to deliver optimal ROMI / sell through performance.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and have experience working with external agencies and in agile environments, be able to work with a degree of autonomy and have an analytical and questioning mind. You will be calm and focused under pressure, being highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.

The role would suit someone who is able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple priorities, and who is comfortable working across different teams and departments.
